She is very patient and pay attention to details. Not to forget she is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and she makes suggestions on how to prepare your home ready for sale. I strongly recommend her if you are planning to buy or sell and believe me once you work with her it's not easy to work with other agents😉

Shaughnessy is not only amazing at her job, but an amazing person. She thinks out of the box to get buyers interested in properties (made an easter video in my house!) And got multiple offer very quickly. She also helped me purchase my new home. She truly cares about her clients and not just about making a sale. When I fell in love with homes, she would be very honest and tell me why this would or wouldn't work for my kids and I. She didn't let me purchase bases on the excitement, but made me wait until we truly found the right home. Even if that took more if her time and effort. I truly cant recommend Shaughnessy enough. Once you work with her, you will consider her a friend! I definitely do.

She recommended excellent people, especially the attorney, and in the rare instance when she didn't have an answer at her fingertips, she would have it soon and send t to us amazingly fast.
